The doctor and rescue dog handler Fabian Henz (Till Demtrøder), rescues people in the Bavarian Alps who have had accidents or are in need for help. He guides a rescue party of four: dog trainer Laura Stein (Eva Klemt), doctor Ricarda Förster (Sanna Englund) and dog handler and dispatcher Timo Vollmer (Andreas Zimmermann). Fabians mother Anna (Angelika Bender), a doctor's assistant und the owner of the romantic resort „Henz“, and the doctor's receptionist Silke complete the team. The rescue dogs are the most important team members. Without their complex and highly developed talent in tracking down humans, Fabian and his team would not have a chance. For many Alpine- tourists, Golden Retriever Rocky, Labrador Paco and Bernese mountain dog Kitty are the guardian angels.
