„City Indians“, that’s what they are called and those are the stories of Stan Gombrovicz (Richy Müller / Max Tidorf), a thirty something guy who is destined to be a master detective. Unfortunately, he never dropped his security guard background. He lives in Berlin, right in the center with an ethnic diversity of people, petty criminals and occasionally also the big thugs. He drives his beat up Daimler-taxi during the day and gets his reservations from his local pub nearby at night. He still acts as a body guard, who risks his life for others, always runs into dangerous ground and hopeless situations. Since he is a true Berliner, he knows exactly what happens in Kreuzberg’s backyards – and in thos e luxury condos and mansions in the Wannsee vicinity. He’s friend with people from all walks of life. Stan himself is a very colorful character: he can be the romantic artist or the charming troublemaker who knows very well, how close life and crime, light and darkness, triumph and failure are related..
