According to an ominous prophesy the pope will be attacked on a specific day in September. When parts of the prediction come true the Vatikan gets seriously nervous. That’s why they enforce security code red for the imminent visit of the holly father in Cologne, Germany. The Vatican heads of security
Andrea Conti (Jean-Yves Berteloot) and Paolo Naldini (Gottfried John) join the German special security force Sara Stertz (Gesine Cukrowski) and Frank Dabrock (Max von Thun). While they do their best to protect the pope, former foreign legion fighter and sharp shooter Rami Hamdan (Heiner Lauterbach) receives a mysterious offer: He will earn 25 million dollars if he extinguishes a very import person. Place of action is Cologne, one of the few German cities with a grand cathredral.
